[요리하기 좋아하는 음식과 조리법]

Q. You indicated in the survey that you like to cook. What's your favorite dish to prepare? Why do you like making it? How do you make it?

A. My favorite dish to make is Spaghetti aglio e olio. I enjoy cooking it because it doesn't take a long time to make. Also, It tastes better when cooked with shellfish. Before I cook, I usually prepare the ingredients. To cook it, you must boil water and add spaghetti and a pinch of salt. At the same time, stir-fry sliced garlic and peppers on olive oil low heat. And put cooked spaghetti and basil leaves in a frying pan to complete the cooking.

Q. Do you cook often? When do you like to cook? What type of food do you most often make? Provide as many details as possible.

A. I don't cook often. Maybe Once a month? But when I do, I prepare three to four menus and eat them with my friends. My favorite dish to make is Spaghetti aglio e olio. To cook it, I need ingredients such as spaghetti, garlic, basil, peppers and salt. I enjoy cooking it because it doesn't take a long time to make. Also, It tastes better when cooked with shellfish.

Q. How did you become interested in cooking? How old were you? Who taught you how to cook? Who did you make your first meal for?

A. I started cooking when I was 22 years old. There was a housewarming party, and I wanted to cook for the guests. The menu was decided by a friend who cooks, and the rest learned from YouTube. All the menus were Italian, and prepared pasta, lasagna, soup and more. Honestly, it wasn't very delicious, but I felt good because the guests complimented me. Now I remember and cook once a month when I want to make something.

Q. Think about a time something unexpected happened while you were cooking. What kind of food were you trying to cook? What was the happen.

A. A year ago, I cooked Spaghetti aglio e olio.  I enjoy cooking it because it doesn't take a long time to make. To cook it, you must boil water and add Spaghetti and a pinch of salt. While I was cooking, my friend called me to say he was going to be late. The problem was that I overcooked the Spaghetti. So, I had to start over from the beginning.
